This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by GoliveMobile, LLC ("GoliveMobile").  This Policy applies to our offline communications with you through email, phone or text message (collectively, "Offline Communications") as well as GoliveMobile's website, located at www.golivemobile.com, and the marketing web pages that we host on behalf of our selected partners (collectively, "Sites").

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Sites or through our Offline Communications.  For example, we collect personal information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, fax number, date of birth, social security number, credit card information and other contact or demographic information.  We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our Sites and through our Offline Communications.

When you visit our Sites, some information is automatically collected.  For example, when you visit our Sites from a mobile device, your unique device ID, device make and model, device IP address, mobile web browser type and version, and mobile carrier information may be logged automatically.  Similarly, when you visit our Sites from a computer, your computer's operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our Sites may be logged automatically.  We also collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites.

Cookies.  We may automatically collect information using "cookies."  Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website.  Among other things, cookies help us improve our Sites and your experience.  We use cookies to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits to our Sites.  Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default.  If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies.  If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites. 

Web Beacons.  We may collect information using Web beacons.  Web beacons are electronic images that may be used on our Sites or in our emails.  We may use Web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use personal information collected through our Sites and through our Offline Communications for purposes described in this Policy and as disclosed to you on our Sites or through our Offline Communications.  For example, we may use your information to:

• operate and improve our Sites and Offline Communications;
• process and deliver contest entries and rewards on behalf of our selected partners;
• respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
• communicate with you about new contests, promotions and rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by our selected partners; and
• link or combine with other personal information we get from third parties, to help understand your interests.

GoliveMobile may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows:

• with your consent, including if we notify you on the Sites or through Offline Communications that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information;
• with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who are working on our behalf and need access to your information to carry out their work for us;
• with our selected partners and other third parties for their direct marketing purposes;
• to (i) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, (ii) to protect the rights and property of GoliveMobile our agents, customers, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use or (iii) in an emergency to protect the safety of GoliveMobile, its customers or any person; and
• in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.

GoliveMobile takes reasonable measures to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from GoliveMobile by following the instructions in those emails, or by clicking here: www.golivemobile.com/unsubscribe. You may opt out of receiving promotional text messages from GoliveMobile by following the instructions in those text messages.  If at any time, you do not wish to receive promotional emails, promotional text messages, marketing telephone calls or mailings from GoliveMobile, you may also express your choice to opt-out by emailing support@golivemobile.com.  

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

GoliveMobile may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above.
